When you have been successful on bidding on a particular property and your offer has been accepted you will then need to speak to your Mortgage Adviser again to make arrangements to apply for your Mortgage.

When an Offer Letter has been issued your next step will be to make arrangements to put Insurance in place. This would be initially Buildings and Contents, Life and Mortgage Repayments to cover you if you are off work due to illness or if you are made redundant.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
